Refund policy

We want you to love your kit. If something's not right, here's how it works.

Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the kit should be unused and in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@threaditate.com with your order number and the reason, and we'll send return instructions and the address to ship to.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear.

Damaged or defective items. If your kit arrives damaged or has missing pieces, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@threaditate.com with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund, your choice.

Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable items. Kits that have been opened or used can't be returned unless they're defective.
