Refund policy

Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Kits must be unopened and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@threaditate.com with your order number and the reason, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your kit arrives damaged, has missing pieces, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@threaditate.com with a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you won’t pay for any shipping.

Non-returnable items. Opened or used kits can’t be returned unless they’re defective.
